本日は最近ランチを始められた焼肉店にお伺い。場所は銀座8丁目、コリドー通り添い。外から見ると狭そうですが、全席個室で、部屋数多いようです。
ランチメニューは焼肉、しゃぶしゃぶ、すき焼きの三本柱。本日は一番リーズナブルな限定10食・A5極上佐賀牛 贅沢切り落としのKABUTO御膳 ¥1,320 をお願いしました。
・サラダ 焼肉店らしいごま油ドレッシングを使用。
・ナムル3種、スープ、ご飯
焼肉のお口直しに最適。ご飯はお代わり自由です。
・A5佐賀牛切り落とし
サーロイン、ロース、希少部位などをカットする際に出る提供できない部位を集めたものなので、もちろん大きさはバラバラですが、このボリューム感。
無煙ロースターで焼いていきますが、流石に脂もしつこくなく美味。この内容で、この価格は非常にお得に感じます。
別の日に・極上佐賀牛のすき焼き御膳 本日の希少部位 ¥1,980 をいただきました。セットの内容は同じです。
今日の部位は不明。野菜、木の子、豆腐もけっこう充実の内容です。
割り下？入った鍋が用意され、その中に具材を投入。すき焼きなのに、焼かないという不思議なメニューと思ったら、関東ではこのスタイルと初めて知りました。お肉も柔らかくて美味しいですが、やはり本業の焼肉ランチの方に分があるかもれません。

最後はデザートも付いて、リーズナブルで満足感あります。また別の焼肉ランチもいただきにお伺いいたします。ごちそうさまでした！
