土曜日の午後5時20分、銀座の東急プラザの10階に行ってみると「つるとんたん」だけが行列。自分は行ったことがないのだが、どこでも人気ですね。
さて、自分はといえば、このフロアのお店をひと通り物色。どちらのお店も閑古鳥状態。こちらのお店に入店。
真ん中にカウンターバーがあり、その周囲を囲うようにテーブル席。席数が結構多い。どこでも良いというので、一人での訪問だったが4人用テーブルに着席。
お水が出てこない。もちろんお願いすればいいだけ。
オーダーしたのは・・・

〆て3,091円。
豚バラもやしは、お味付けは町中華の肉野菜炒めを甘く作った感じで、肉が豚バラになっているところに少し韓国っぽさを感じる程度。小振りな一皿。
豚スンドゥブ、4段階の辛さがあるので、自分は「普通」と書かれていた下から2番目を選んだのだが、それでもしっかりと辛い（とはいえ自分は辛さにそんなに耐性がない）。こちらはなかなか美味。ちょっと予想外だったのは提供されたのがスンドゥブそのものだけで、ご飯もないし、小皿のような付け合わせもなかったこと。
チャミスルハイボールはさっぱりとしたお味。ロックグラスのようなものでの提供。
フロア担当はお若い女性がお二人。とても感じのいい方々であった。
