銀座のホテルでステキなパフェがあるのを見つけたので行ってきました。伺ったのは銀座5丁目にあるホテルグランバッハさんです。
こちらのホテルの1階にあるNatural Dining Wald Haus（ナチュラル ダイニング ヴァルト ハウス）でパフェをいただいてきました。広々して明るい店内で良いですね。予約もできるのでスムーズにパフェも提供されて良かったですね。

厳選紅茶10種フリーフロー付 ¥2860
季節のフルーツパフェをいただきました。3月に伺った時はいちごのパフェでした。スタイリッシュで鮮やかな色合いのキレイなパフェでしたね。
パフェの構成はいちごソルベ、いちごジュレ、いちごのミントのジュレ、ピスタチオソルベ、スポンジ、チョコレート、ヨーグルトなどが入っていましたよ。全体のまとまりも良くてさっぱりとした風味で美味しかったですね。
季節ごとにメニューが変わるからまた食べに行きたいですね。ちなみに厳選紅茶10種フリーフロー付だから紅茶飲み放題なのも嬉しいところ。ロンネフェルトティーが飲めるからオススメですよ。
