スープにこだわるタッカンマリ専門店 「タッカン亭」
試行錯誤を繰り返し1から作り上げ、本場韓国の味から日本人向けの味など様々考え、タッカン亭独自の味を追求
ちなみに、タッカンマリとは韓国語で「鶏一羽」の意味。
その意味通り、鶏を丸ごとグツグツ煮る鍋料理
見た目はサムゲタンに似ていますが、作り方や食べ方は別物！
どちらかといえば、博多の水炊きのような味わい
添加物、化学調味料一切不使用の自家製スープを使用

鍋は店員さんが全て作ってくれます
最初に煮込んだファーストスープ(店員さんで勝手に呼んでる笑)
シンプルで深く豊かな味で美味！一生飲めそう！
煮込んでくうちに、どんどん味が深まっていくのだが途中で白キムチを投入するのはビックリ！
肝心のタッカンマリは作ったタレと絡ませたらこれはもう体に染み渡る
締めの雑炊は卵でとじて韓国海苔とネギと胡麻を入れたらもはや、ズルですね
お腹いっぱいでも美味しく食べれました♪
