やかん鍋にでっかい鶏がドーンって入っててテンションあがるタッカンマリ！オーガニックな水炊き鍋らしい
タレは自分で作るタイプで、酢醤油が基本。唐辛子とか生姜とかニンニクとか胡麻油とか色々入れれる！おすすめは唐辛子。少し大きめでたくさん入れてもそこまで辛くないので思い切って入れていいと思います。
ジャガイモが入ってるから煮詰まるとトロみがついてきて、お鍋自体に変化が楽しめる。最初のスープと最後のスープを飲み比べさせてくれます。ファーストスープとファイナルスープと呼んでいるらしいです。
お店のお兄さんがカット中に色々教えてくれて楽しかった！友達同士でわいわい食べる雰囲気です。同伴で来る方もいるとか。幅広く使えそうです。
