駆けつけ来店。幅狭の奥に長いイタリアン。
鮮やかなジェノベーゼのパスタが気になっていた。
メニューで映えていたドリンクを注文。
・桃のベリーニ △
うーん、メニュー写真と差があるね。
・カルパッチョ 〇
分量ありで〇だが、カルパッチョはもっと薄く切った方がサラダと馴染む。
酸味の効いたドレッシングは好感度高し。
・三種のきのこジェノベーゼパスタ ◎
ウリメニューで緑の鮮やかなパスタ。
パスタの具材はオーソドックスなジャガイモとインゲンではなくキノコと松の実。
ぎりぎりアルデンテの一歩手前であげられたパスタはかなり好み。固い芯を中央に残しながらも食べている端から余熱で完成に近づいてゆく。うん、このパスタは当たり！わしわし食べてしまう。
隣の席の老夫婦と息子夫婦がかなりの分量を頼んでいて見ていて楽しくなる。
まだ名前が知られていないせいか客がまばらな気がしますがいい店です。
クラッティーニの桃のカッペリーニなどのようにジェノベーゼなどの目玉料理をシグネチャーとしてメニューのメリハリを出すとさらに人気が出てくるはず。
