Mr./Ms. Ginza Fukasawa opened in Ginza 7-chome in April 2022. I had an interesting connection and visited !!︎ [Month of visit and reservation time] I made a reservation by phone and visited in March. At the time of reservation, it was said that it was full and it might be narrow, but there was a cancellation on the day and I was able to relax. 【Access】 Access is a 3-4 minute walk from Ginza Station Exit B4. It is located in the basement of a multi-tenant building and may be a little difficult to find. Mr./Ms. a hideaway-style sushi restaurant. 【Interior and atmosphere】 When you enter the basement, what catches your eye is the L-shaped counter. There are only 8 seats. It was wonderful to have a space where the softness of the general blended into the dignified atmosphere. The general, Mr./Ms. Fukasawa, is a talented person with 16 years of experience as a Sushi craftsman. For six and a half years, it was also held at "Sushi Michi Shinji (Singapore)", which is an affiliate of "Sushi Kanesaka".
