「日本焼肉はせ川」の最上位が別邸だそうで、オープンキッチンに面したゆったりしたカウンター席の他、専用のお手洗いも備えた完全個室もあり、高級感のあるシックな雰囲気。
お肉も日本全国から選びに選び抜いた黒毛和牛希少部位を使用されているそうです。

最初にメニューを見た時に、こんなに食べられるかなと思ったのですが、少量ずつなのと、構成が上手なのでペロッといけました。
構成が上手。そうなんです。こちらは肉割烹ではなく、日本料理屋が肉を出したらどうなるかというコンセプトだそうで、なるほど！と。
美味しかったです！！
神タン・神ハラミ・シャトーブリアン・ヒレ・サーロインとお肉はもちろんのこと、サラダのドレッシングなど細部まで行き届いているなぁと。
締めのきんきの土鍋御飯もまさに日本料理屋さんだなと。
私は頂きませんでしたが、ワインや日本酒など、お酒の品揃えも充実しているようです！
