Visit ``Japanese Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Hasegawa Bettei Ginza Branch'', a 3-minute walk from Ginza Station. You can only eat it at a limited number of restaurants in Tokyo, including the legendary "Kami no Tongue Harami" from Kamiya Shoten, a long-established Shibaura meat market that is the best in Japan in both name and reality, as well as Kawagishi Chikusan, one of the producers of Kobe Beef. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy to your heart's content the long-fattened rare Kuroge Wagyu beef raised by top producers. I made a reservation for Saturday at 7pm. I ordered the only course, Yayoi, 35,000 yen. It's a meat kaiseki meal, not Yakiniku (Grilled meat). The dishes were presented in carefully designed containers, looked great, and tasted absolutely delicious. Among them, the Matsuzaka beef and bamboo shoot Sushi, the divine tongue skirt steak, and the Omi beef fillet sirloin were especially delicious. It was delicious till the end. It would be great if each dish had a little more volume! Even if the number of items is reduced.
