カウンター式の焼肉屋さん。
焼肉の合間に刺身や天ぷらなど
割烹料理の雰囲気も。
とてもカッコいい高級感ある店内です。
銀座に系列の「 」は以前お伺い
しましたがこちらは神谷商店の
神のハラミ・タンをいただけると
あってお伺いしてみました。

これでも省略したんですがメニューが
多い多い。
そして調味料や添えてあるものまで
ほぼすべての食材の産地が書いてある
気合いのはいりよう。
こうやってまた文字に起こすことで
コース料金に納得の内容です。
お肉も素晴らしく美味しい食べ方で
魅せてくれます。
神谷商店から仕入れができるお店は
限られており、かなり貴重。
神のタン、この食感と味わいは
やっぱり別格。
濃いお肉の味わい、雑味のない
まろやかな脂、弾力はあるのに歯切れが
いい、要するに美味しいということ。
グランロイン優良賞受賞牛の
神戸牛サーロインは網でじっくり
焼いたあと、紀州備長炭焼着で仕上げ。
辛子醤油と唐墨の2種類の食べ方で
いただきます。
カラスミが美味しいと魚臭さと
お肉の旨みがぶつからず相乗効果で
とっても美味しい組み合わせ。
どのお肉も味付けが濃すぎず淡白すぎず
絶妙な塩梅でした。
美味しいお肉をたっぷり堪能したあとは
神戸牛サーロインを焼いたあとに
紀州有田産尾山椒がきいた
スープと合わせたものと
優しいお出汁で炊かれた筍ご飯で〆。
貴重なお肉とこだわりの食材の
オンパレードに改めてこの食体験に
感謝したいと思います。
