夜、ご褒美にご馳走を探していたところ、紹介されて伺ったお店です。銀座の駅からちょっと離れた路地にあります。無印良品の近く。
高級感あふれる店内、ライブで楽しめるカウンター席！お手洗いもついた完全個室もあるようで、しかも2人〜貸切にしてもらえるらしく、ゆっくり過ごすのにもピッタリですね。
お料理は言わずもがなの絶品揃い、ひとつひとつ丁寧に説明してくださったりいろんなお話も聞いて大満足の時間です。お肉はどれも柔らかくてあぶらは嫌な感じがゼロです。一緒についてきたカラスミも美味しすぎる、、ひとつひとつの食材にこだわりが感じられます。タケノコはえぐみがほとんどなく、ほろほろと溶けてしまうことに驚き！刺身で初めて食べました。ほかの逸品たちも日本料理の良さを詰め込んだ目にも楽しい料理、もちろん季節によって食材が変わるので、今回は春を満喫しましたが、他の季節にも行かなくてはなりません。毎日行っても違った顔が見られそうです。焼肉屋さんのつもりで行きましたが、まるで日本料理店で終始素敵な時間を過ごせました。
