お鮨の味もさることながら魅せ方が最高に美しいと思います。
品のある深みのある呉須の色の磁器に置かれる鮨は最高に映えていて感動します。
ネタとシャリのバランスも良く、食材の良さが良く伝わる味です。
無理と無駄のない大将の動きに食事をする私もリラックスできてとってもいい空間。
ボトル提供の凍頂烏龍茶のアロマも忘れられません。
