時事通信ビルの隣のブロックで東銀座駅の出口からは2分程です。ビル自体は昭和レトロな感じですが、店内はオープンして時間もあまり経過してないので、当たり前ですが、清潔感もあり、綺麗な感じです。
ワンドリング付きプランでしたので、日本酒・獺祭をお願いしました。ワイングラスでの提供や追加での日本酒をお願いすると多くの中から自分好みのお猪口が選べたり、蟹のジュレはカクテルグラスに盛り付けられており、お洒落な感じです。
お鮨や他のお料理は美味しかったですが、王道といえば王道、普通といえば普通ですかねえ。
先客で他に若い方が3組がいらっしゃっていて、皆さん記念日の様でしたが、普段から、若い方にも銀座でカウンターのお鮨を堪能頂ければ嬉しいなと思いますし、いな田さんでは、金額との兼ね合いや雰囲気も良く、それも可能だと思います。
デザートは自家製で、鮨屋のクオリティではないと思いますと配膳時に言っておられましたが、その通り美味しかったです。
