銀座柳通り沿いの銀座１丁目エリアのカフェ。
地下に入っていくとスタイリッシュな異空間が広がる、なかなか穴場っぽいカフェというのが第一印象。
店内はテーブルやカウンターキッチンなどがあり、キャパはそれなりに多め。
天井は低いので広さはあまり感じないかもしれないがそれもまた由。
カウンターキッチンは雰囲気良さげで食事利用で使ってみたいななんて思ったり。
今回は晩御飯後のティーブレイクというか、デザートを食べたくて入ってみました。
オーダーは昨今流行りのQRコードでメニューを呼んでオーダーするタイプ。
メニューを見ると、食事からスイーツ、お酒・コーヒーなどとラインナップがかなり充実していてどんなロケーションでも使える感じがしました。
・スコーン（クランベリーオレオ）400円
・スコーン（オニオンベーコンチーズ）450円
・黒胡麻スムージー 800円
スコーンは売切メニューもあったのでこの2種で。
ほろっと落ち着く味わいで甘味がとても自然で良い。
聞くところによると、できるかぎり減農薬・有機栽培といった身体や環境に優しい食材や調味料を使用してるとのことで、きちんと体現されていたのが素晴らしい。
特に良かったのがオニオンベーコンチーズ味。これは甘くないスコーンでチーズとオニオンの旨みがたまらなく、ワインとも合いそうでとても気に入りました。すごく美味しい。
ドリンクは黒胡麻スムージーで胡麻の香ばしさがなんとも言えず美味しい。
甘味も控えめだけどクリームが入っていて甘いもの好きも満たすクオリティでございました。
最近流行りのスコーンも美味しく、ドリンクも良き。
それなのに食べログのスコアがあまり高くないのは逆に好都合かもしれない穴場のカフェでございます。
と言いましたが、金曜日の夜10時すぎで満席だったのでやっぱり人気のカフェなのかな。
ここは気に入りましたのでランチやサクッとディナーとかでも利用してみたい。
