新宿にある老舗焼肉店・牛の達人の銀座店。無煙ロースター完備に夜景が見える個室もあり、デートや会食にぴったりな焼肉屋さんです。
今回は仕事終わりの金曜日に、銀座店だけの特製コースメニューだという「GINZA限定特別コース 寿(¥13,000)」をいただきました。
コース最初の一品、前菜の和牛ユッケとコンソメジュレから圧巻！ミニグラスに盛られたピクルスもちょうど良いアクセントでした。
特に美味しかったのはやはりシャトーブリアンでした！綺麗なサシに金箔まで乗っていて、見た目から豪華でテンションが上がります。
最後のメニューはローストビーフか肉寿司から選ぶことができて、ワインと合わせてローストビーフもいいな〜…と迷いつつ肉寿司にしました。
口に入れた瞬間とろける、でもしつこくない絶妙な脂のノリ加減の肉寿司に、キャビア・雲丹・出汁巻きたまごが載っていてラストまでボリュームたっぷりでした。
総じてとても豪華で、お値段以上に感じる素晴らしいコースでした。
ただ強いて言うなら、シャトーブリアン、厚切りのタンなど自分では焼くのが難しいお肉が多いです。
数千円値段を上げてもいいので、一部アテンドありにした方が結果として満足度が上がるように思いました！
