和牛日本一に輝いた「鹿児島黒牛」を楽しめる完全個室の焼肉店。
焼き上がったお肉をヒマラヤ岩塩プレートに擦り付けて塩気をつけていただくのが牛の達人スタイルです。
今回は角部屋に通していただきました。
ビルの8Fにあるので銀座の街並みを見下ろすことかでき、雰囲気はよかったです。
ただ、この内容でこの値段は正直コスパ悪く、リピートはないと思いました、、

タン元の薄切りと厚切り。
薄切りはサシが入っていてジューシー。
厚切りはサクサクっと歯が入る感じ。
調味料として、レモンの皮と玉葱のすり下ろしが用意されていて、こちらをのせてさっぱりといただきました✨

・極握り 3種と牛骨スープ
握りはミスジに雲丹、トウガラシにキャビア、ザブトンにフォアグラがのっていました。
