週末ランチタイムに初訪問。東京三田倶楽部、エスカイヤクラブ、柿安等が入居するビルの10階に位置。高級感漂うアンビエンスで客の年齢層は比較的高め。
今回、ワンドリンク付の蓮コースをいただいた。ワンドリンクはグラスの赤ワインを選択。当該コースの内容及び印象は以下の通り。
◾️一口スープ
◾️前菜：
彩り豊かな数種の盛り合わせ。前菜から確りしている。
◾️蟹の卵入りふかひれスープ：
解したふかひれがたっぷり入っている（チープなふかひれスープとは別物）。重量感があり飲むというよりは食べるスープ。今回いただいた中で最も印象的。
◾️焼き北京ダック：
上品な仕上がり。両面を焼いているので独特の香ばしさがある。サイズがひと回り大きければさらに満足。
◾️帆立貝の葱・生姜あんかけ：
大粒の帆立とシンプルなあんかけの組み合わせ。あんかけが邪魔することなく帆立を味わえる。
◾️牛フィレと彩り野菜の炒め：
牛フィレは箸で切れる柔らかさ。肉自体に旨みがある。
◾️チャーシュー高菜入りチャーハン：
どちらかと言えばしっとり系。ポーションは控えめ。
◾️デザート：
フルーツ入り杏仁豆腐。最後まで手抜きなし。
サービスも安定しており、総じて満足度が高い。
