Today I had the opportunity to enjoy a [gourmet course] lunch at a Chinese Restaurants called "Ginza Louran" in Ginza. A set of 5 dishes including Ankake Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) and a drink of your choice. The drink I chose was sparkling wine. It has a rich flavor and aroma with a hint of sweetness, making it a perfect drink to start with. For appetizers, dishes using ingredients such as tofu, jellyfish, and mushrooms were served, and the crunchy texture of the jellyfish was particularly fresh and appealing. The shark fin soup that follows is impressive in its thickness and deep flavor, making it a truly luxurious dish. Dim sum sum included shrimp shumai and shrimp and cheese shumai. I enjoyed the springy texture of the shrimp, and the shumai with cheese was kneaded with tomatoes, and I was surprised by its creativity and taste. The fact that these Dim sum were shaped like rabbits also made the meal even more enjoyable. The main dish, Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) ankake sauce, is a very satisfying dish with its exquisitely doneness and volume. After the meal, we were served almond tofu for dessert, which was a refreshing way to end the meal. We were also served tea frequently throughout the meal, making it a wonderful experience with attentive service. I felt that having lunch at Ginza Rouran was not only a delicious meal, but also a place where you could spend a pleasant time. I would definitely like to visit again next time.
