東銀座にあります。お鮨屋さん。
11000円のコースでおつまみも沢山出てきます。 握りも12貫くらい出てくるので、お腹は結構満足します。
少しこっちのペースを考えず流れ作業的に品は出されるので、その辺はまぁコスパを考えるとしょうがないのかもしれません。飲んで食べて1人15000円くらいなので、カウンター鮨デビューしたいという人にはちょうど良いレベルかもしれません。
おつまみのカツオは美味しかったですね。握ってほしいくらい。ホタルイカも良かったけど個人的にはわけぎもつけてほしい。鱧の天ぷらも美味しかった。
握りは酢飯もパンチも特徴もなく、少し硬め。小さめ。ネタはやはり11000円のクオリティなので文句は言えない。寝かしも甘いし、ネタ自体に力がない感じ。全体的に固い。玉は甘くて好きですけど、高級店のアレとは全く違う卵焼きに近いですね。
次回も使うかと言われると結構微妙です。
また来たいとは思わなかったな。
