今回は銀座にある「ひご家 銀座店」さんに
お邪魔します。九州のうまいもん揃えて
銀座八丁目のビルで営業されています♪
ビルの中は高級クラブ、高級料理屋さんが立ち並ぶ
中で比較的リーズナブルなお値段で提供してくれる
お店だと思います。
今回はアラカルトでお願いしました。

お通しには石垣貝の胡麻和え。良き良き♪
★地鶏の炭火焼き¥1100
宮崎県の郷土料理ですね♪歯ごたえのある
食感と炭火の焦げた風味、旨味とじこめがgood☆
★黒豚シュウマイ¥950
ジューシーな肉汁たっぷりの黒豚とワンタンの
ようなシュウマイの皮が合間ってなんとも(о´∀`о)
★黒豚ねぎしゃぶ¥3500
お店自慢の品だそうです( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)ｸﾞｯ☆ 鹿児島県直送の
黒豚は鍋の中で柔らかく煮てあるネギと
一緒に食べるとネギ自体の甘味
まだシャキシャキとした食感が黒豚の脂の甘さと
噛み合ってこの上ないしゃぶしゃぶを口で
表現させてくれます☆
お店のオススメはこの汁に細麺のラーメンで
〆るのがここのこだわりだそうです♪
鍋の出汁もら既にその〆に対して
味を調整してるそうです♪
★かるかんの天麩羅¥800
鹿児島名物のかるかんを揚げてしまうという
なんとも斬新な一品。味は、、(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)❣️
サクサクとした衣にピッタリなお味♪
ご馳走さまでした。鹿児島の名産、九州の
いいとこ取りをしたお店ですね☆
