前略、銀座一丁目駅近くにある中華屋さんです。
日曜でも営業していて飲み放題付のコースがあるということで
とある集いの幹事さまが予約してくれました。
〇飲み放題付きコース 6,000円（2023.10調べ）
・前菜盛り合わせ ４点盛り＋香草。タケノコの紹興酒漬？パワフル。
・スープ 繊切フカヒレ＆水餃子
・あわび ねっとり甘ダレの絡んだ温製、サイズともどもトコブシ風。
・鶏 梅ソースらしいけど普通に油淋鶏っぽい
・かぼちゃパン サクサクの生地にカボチャ餡。甘口。
・茄子 揚げナスにたっぷり山椒。痺れる辛さですな。
・麻婆豆腐 炒飯と一緒に登場。見た目より辛み控えめ
・炒飯 あっさり薄味のたまご炒飯。麻婆豆腐を合わせて
・杏仁豆腐 そんな感じ
飲み放題については、ビールと紹興酒は普通な感じ。あとは謎。
料理が矢継ぎ早に、開始45分くらいでデザート以外は全て登場。
日曜でほかにお客がいなかったこともあるのかな。
ホールのベトナム出身のスタッフさんが頑張っていた、
それくらいしか良いトコがなかったように感じます。
