銀座にある「レア天丼 銀座 三よし」さんに
お邪魔します。
マグロの卸し業者と廃油を出さない調理器具会社のTAGで生まれたお店で天ぷらをレアで揚げる
専門店です
天ぷらは元々中心温度が鮮魚であればレアに近い
状態の提供が美味い天ぷらの定石。
その状態で天丼とはrichだね

頂きます。
提供は目の前のカウンターから。到着した瞬間に赤々としたマグロのレア状態の天丼が。
具は赤身、紋甲、キス、紅心大根、人参
ミニトマトと豪華❗️ ノーマルでも十分満足する
内容です。ではアンムッ❣️。。

サクサクの衣が合間ってめちゃ美味✨。
途中、ガリやワサビ、塩等で味変した後出汁を
かけて天茶漬けの要領で食べる
一度で二度得する食べ方ですな⭐️
