休日のランチに訪問。
もつ鍋は夜に飲みながら食べるイメージでだったが、たまたまランチに誘われてこちらに来た。
店内は120席という広い箱、博多の名店の自信のほどがうかがえる。
ランチはもつ鍋のセットのみで、味噌、しょうゆ、しゃぶしゃぶから選べる。
事前に調べてあったので味噌を注文。
一人一鍋という惜しげもなさが良い、量も1.5人前はあるんじゃないかというしっかりした量。
甘めの味噌味だが、しっかりした味わいでニンニクも効いている。
具材は、キャベツを中心にゴボウもたっぷりで、こんにゃく、ニラ、豆腐と、もちろんモツもたっぷり。
スープの味が染みた野菜は勿論のこと、ぷりっぷりのモツは臭みもなく脂の感じもちょうどよくただただ旨い。
しっかりした味で、ご飯も進む味付けになっており食べ始めると箸が止まらない。
付け合わせのカクテキや明太子、がめ煮や梅ひじきも一切の妥協のない美味しさである。
このレベルのもつ鍋が銀座の立地を考えても3000円代は安すぎる。
すぐに予約が取れなくなるのは想像ができる。
