After a meeting with someone I often work with, he took me to Ginza, where I had made reservations for a delicious restaurant, so I drove straight to Torima and arrived at Torima. When I entered the store, I was surprised at how fashionable the space was. Overwhelmed by the interior, I took a seat with a slightly straightened feeling. The course consisted of ``10 skewers of yakitori and vegetables, 5 dishes, and a bowl of minced rice or rice with egg.'' This restaurant uses a type of chicken called Date chicken. ◆First-serve wonton soup is ready. They used a special chicken stock, and it had a profound taste that made a gong ring in my heart. ◆Kashiwa The plump texture makes you want to chew on it for a long time. It feels like you've pulled off a great skill right from the beginning. The best. ◆I had two refills of grated radish. I kept eating soy sauce to see how delicious it was lol. ◆Bonjiri Negima I ended up asking this again with a combination I had never heard before lol. There are restaurants that have spicy green onions, but this one had a sweet taste. I like it. ◆ Binchoyaki duck loin We brought out a sudden Western element by eating duck loin with balsamic sauce, Kujo green onions, and black pepper. The duck was extremely tender and the sauce had a perfect balance with a moderate amount of acidity. ◆Eggplant It was originally supposed to be tomatoes, but I didn't like it so I had them change it. Eggplant coated with brown sugar and soy sauce. The freshness and aroma filled my mouth, and even though I don't like vegetables, I was captivated by vegetables.It was so delicious. ◆Chochin Lantern When you put it in your mouth, it bursts and the egg liquid spreads in your mouth. Perhaps because I had to put it in my mouth all at once, it wasn't that hot and I didn't get burned. ◆Asparagus Wasn't asparagus so delicious without being bitter at all? The more I think. It was probably the best shiitake mushroom ever. It was plump and had the perfect amount of salt. ◆Hatsu Originally it was a lever, but I was not good at it so they changed it. There is a slight odor peculiar to heart, but that is probably a good thing. ◆Chawanmushi It was a chawanmushi with rape blossoms and Fiacentine cheese from Sicily. The taste of the first experience and the amount of information was overwhelming, and the beginning of a Japanese-Western eclectic experience in your mouth. ◆Chicken Wings Negima Toshima's special dish. An innovative dish with green onions added to chicken dish. I'm impressed by how playful it is. ◆Soboro-don You can choose between egg-cooked rice and I like minced meat, so I chose this one. Apparently they use the best eggs in Japan. The flavor of the egg itself is strong, and when you mix it together, it becomes mellow, which is exactly how I described it. Of course, chicken skewers are great, but I can't believe that vegetables can be so appealing. As someone who hates vegetables, I groaned. Also, the chef who was grilling the food was so handsome that I was overwhelmed by his multi-tasking ability, looking around while grilling and taking care of the drinks for all the customers lol. It looked like an open store, and I felt like I was discovering a hidden gem. I thought it was the choice of a senior who specializes in dating lol I want to go again! !
