銀座のトイパークのビル６階金春通り見下ろしにオープンした中華レストラン。他の２店は会食客が屯してますが、当店は花輪とスタッフが歓迎して下さいます。指で人数を告げ、テーブル席に案内され、１階の立看ランチメニュー４種類から「セロリと豆腐干塩炒めセット」1180円を頼みます。「開業のサービスでナニガノミタイデスカ」には烏龍茶。中華鍋の鉄音が鳴り響き、４分でベルのチンに続き、運ばれたトレイ。「ユックリドウゾ」に従い、トレイに直置きのレンゲとスプーンを不織布おしぼりで拭い、スープを頂いて、少なめのご飯とセロリの豆腐干炒めを愉しみます。少しイメージとは異なりますが、量的にはイナフ。最後にチャンとした杏仁豆腐を頂いて、烏龍茶を飲み干し、お冷も少し頂いてから、キャッシュレス決済し、エレベーターの昇降込で所要時間17分は問題ありません。
