銀座博品館ビルの上の食堂街に淮揚料理を謳う新店が。
ポスターのあまりの昭和感に倒れつつ到着。
エレベーターとかビル施設がレトロだから、ポスターはワザと狙ってるのかな。
同じフロアにインド料理屋があり、店内がカレーくさく、カレーの匂いの中で中華を食べるということに。。。
とりあえず、最初なのでベタな選択にしてみた。
烤麩は甘さ控えめで、味付け自体は悪くないけど、冷蔵庫から出したてキン冷えで銀杏の澱粉がβ化してポソポソ。
獅子頭は、、油っぽいわけじゃないんだけど、変に油脂感が残る不思議なテクスチャー。。。
うーん、鶏粉のやっつけ仕事じゃないんだけど。
糖醋魚は、うんまぁ悪くない。
近所に上海料理は他にもあり、あえてここに行くモチはないかなぁ。
