株式会社京都やま岸(本社：京都市中京区富小路通六角下る骨屋之町560、取締役：山岸 隆博、以下 京都やま岸)は、2023年11月7日(火)に「銀座 呑小路やま岸」(東京都中央区銀座7丁目3-6 銀座高木ビル10階※、各線 銀座駅 徒歩5分)を新たにオープンいたします。
※高木ビルの「高」は、はしご高(はしごたか)が正式表記。

京都で話題の山岸 隆博が手掛ける、日本料理店「富小路やま岸」の姉妹店が東京初進出。
店主が厳選する旬の食材を活かした料理は、和の魅力を存分にご堪能いただけます。
■山岸 隆博が手掛ける東京初の店舗
1975年生まれ、京都府出身。高校卒業後、懐石料理「たん熊 北店本店」「京都一の傳」などの名店で研鑽を積み、2015年に独立し「富小路やま岸」を創業。茶道裏千家講師、華道嵯峨御流華範、書道師範という文化人の一面も。「二条やま岸」「呑小路やま岸」など様々なコンセプトの店を手掛ける。
