タイトルは言いたかっただけなので特段意味はないのですが、銀座の現役の印鑑やさんがはじめた印鑑ととんかつとラーメン
元印鑑屋さんというか今も印鑑屋である。奥に厨房をつくりとんかつとラーメンを店内で提供している。
食べている間も印鑑を買いに来るお客さんがいるというそう、ここは現役のはんこ屋さん。なんでもオーナーの親戚がとんかつ屋をしていたとか。
とんかつは衣ご超バリカタカリカリ。ラーメンはネタとして食べる位がいいだろう。食体験としてはなかなか面白いモノでした。
