本日は2023年12月にオープンしたパンケーキ店にモーニングにお伺い。場所は銀座3丁目、東銀座、築地よりの閑静な通り沿い「銀座Jビル」の1階。
沖縄県那覇市の少し北の北谷町にあるパンケーキ店「シーサイド カフェ ハノン」のプロデュースだそうです。落ち着いた店内はパンケーキを焼いているのが見られるL字型のカウンター席、奥にテーブル席もあります。午前8時から営業しておりますので、モーニング利用も可能です。
銀座店限定・ピスタチオパンケーキ ¥1,480 パンケーキ生地をフレンチに変更 +¥180
バニラアイス、ピスタチオクリーム、ベリーソース、イチゴジャム。パンケーキのサイズはやや小さいようです。フレンチトースト風に仕上げたパンケーキはふわふわ過ぎず食べ応えもしっかり。
ピスタチオクリームはそこまで濃厚ではないものの、甘さ控えめ、香りも良い、酸味のあるベリー系との相性は言わずもがなで美味。
別の日に食事系のパンケーキもいただきました。
・エッグ & ミートパンケーキ（厚切りベーコン or 特大ソーセージ） ¥1,580
パンケーキはプレーンタイプ、そこまで甘くないので卵やベーコンとも良く合います。厚切りベーコンは本当に厚切りでなかなかのボリューム。朝からお腹が満たされました。
沖縄の素晴らしい景色と気候でいただくパンケーキは格別かと想像されますが、銀座でいただくパンケーキも十分美味しいです。また機会があれば、季節限定のパンケーキなどもいただきにお伺いさせていただきます。ごちそうさまでした！
