銀座2丁目に2024年1月に新しく開店したお店。
11時31分に入店。店内はかなり暖かい。先客は5名。
ホールスタッフが1名、厨房スタッフは2名。
11時33分に注文。
注文したのは、ラムランプのグリル（1,200円）。
これに、スープと前菜盛り合わせ、飲み物が付いて1,200円は安すぎ。
今はオープン記念でこの値段とのこと。元値は1,500円らしい。
11時35分にトマトのスープが到着。
ちょうど良い酸味。冬はスープがセットになっているお店が好き。
11時36分に前菜が到着。
おぉ、これも想定以上だ。
内容は、イタリアの卵焼きフリッタータ、ムール貝のマリネ、サラダ、クリームチーズのブルスケッタだ。
どれも丁寧に調理されていて、美味しい。
特にサラダはオリーブオイルと塩のみとシンプルなドレッシングが葉物野菜に合う。
11時44分にメイン料理とライスが提供される。
ランプ肉なので赤身だが脂身部分もしっかりある。
全くクセや臭みが無い。火入れも完璧だ。ラム肉が苦手な方でも絶対食べれる。また、ハーブマスタードを付けるとまたまた美味い。脂身部分が特によく合う。
付け合わせのブロッコリー、マッシュポテト、インゲン豆も良い。
個人的な好みを言うとマッシュポテトはもう少し滑らかな方が良い。
11時55分にホットコーヒーが到着。
落ち着くわ。
今はオープン価格のため、超お得だが通常価格でも十分すぎる満足感がある。
それから、ラム肉が苦手な方には是非一度食べてみて欲しい。ラム肉の苦手意識が変わるはず。
