東銀座にオープンしたとんかつ斉藤さんへ
熊本県産の月に25頭しか出荷されないという希少な豚さんを1頭買いされているそう。
この日はオープン記念で今月いっぱい特別価格、というとんかつコース定食180gを♪♪
順番に提供された3種類はリブロース、内腿、ヒレ。
揚げたてを食べられるのはいいですね✨
小皿にピンクソルト、お醤油、ソースが用意されましたが、お肉を楽しむのに全部お塩でよいかも✨
肉肉しくもジューシーで、ロースの脂身もヒレのピンクにも大満足！
白米は茨城県産のコシヒカリ、キャベツには自家製の醤油たまごドレッシングが添えられていて、これがかなりオススメ✨キャベツは何もつけない派ですが、これはちょっと手が伸びました♪♪
ごはんとキャベツはおかわり自由とのこと。短いお昼休みでなければどちらもおかわりしたかったー！！
他に本日の漬物と赤出汁。海苔の佃煮はご飯にのせてみましたが、とんかつにのせてもいいんだろうなー
最後には一口カレーも！
スパイスがしっかり効いていて、これがカツの衣と合う✨✨ご飯も入れて、ミニミニカツカレーも楽しめます♪♪
店内はカウンター6席、両側に個室的なテーブル席が2つ。
