銀座七丁目にある「とんかつ斉藤」にランチタイムにお邪魔しました。この日はたまたまこのあたりでランチ処を探していたところ見つけたお店です。
3月にオープンしたばかりのようで真新しい店内。小上がりに通され、1日10食限定の「ロースかつ定食(1500円)」を注文しました。ロースの他にメンチカツもついてきます！
キャベツには自家製の玉子醤油ドレッシングで大変美味しい味わい。キャベツとライスは1回だけおかわりする事が出来ます。
とんかつは熊本県産の希少な豚を使用しており、かつは低温調理でじっくり揚げられているそうです。塩、ソース、醤油でいただきます。
まずはお塩でいただいたのですが、やはりお肉本来の美味しさを感じるにはこれが一番です。続きましてはソース。からしをつけてパクリ！これは美味しいに決まってます！そして、醤油にはわさびをつけて。少し変わった食べ方かもですが、これも良き。
味噌汁は、豚出汁をひいており、熱が籠もっているタイプとの事。様々なこだわりを感じられる。漬物と海苔佃煮もついてくるので御飯のお供に最適です。良いお店を見っけたな〜
