本日は2024年3月22日にオープンした寿司店にランチにお伺い。場所は東銀座、銀座3丁目、木挽町通り沿い「山陽銀座ビル」の地下1階。
上品で落ち着いた店内はカウンター8席のみ、席数が少ないこともあり、オープン時の11時30分には満席になっていることもあるようです。店名の通り青森から直送した魚介類をいただける寿司店で、ランチはリーズナブルな寿司、海鮮丼など。
本日は・ランチにぎり（上）をお願いしました。
職人の方が丁寧に握ってくれ、10分ほどで到着。彩も綺麗です。お寿司の魚は中トロ、スミイカ、マグロ赤身、ヒラメ、アブラガレイ、海老、サーモン、水ダコ、帆立、ウニ軍艦巻きの10貫で、形も綺麗です。どの魚も新鮮でマグロが美味しい。高級なタネも使用しており、満足感有ります。
全てのメニューで茶碗蒸し、味噌汁が付きます。別の日に海鮮丼もいただきました。
・マグロ赤身漬け丼 ¥1,500
色んな種類が入って見た目も映える海鮮丼が人気のようですが、好物のマグロ漬け丼を注文。人肌の酢飯の上のマグロは香りも良く、重ねて盛り付けられているので量も沢山入っています。
リーズナブルに美味しいお魚がいただける良店、また別のランチメニューもいただきにお伺いさせていただきます。ごちそうさまでした！
