東銀座の雑居ビルの地下にある新しいオープンしたお寿司屋さんでランチして来たよ。
このお店は今年3月にオープンしたばかりで青森県の漁港から直送される魚介類がメインのお寿司屋さんで店内はカウンター8席のみの小さなお寿司屋さんで一人でも気楽に入れる雰囲気が良いと思います。
今回はランチ握り1200円にしました。
ランチ握り 1200円
茶碗蒸しは卵の風味が良く優しい味わいで美味しかったです。
味噌汁は海老の風味が良く美味しかったよ。
ランチ握りは南青森の鮪の赤身、真イカ、海峡サーモン、スズキ、メバル、海老、サバ、昆布締めしたヒラメ、生帆立、穴子でした。
鮪の赤身はめちゃ鮪の味が濃くて程よい脂でめちゃ美味しかったよ
真イカは身が厚くねっとりした食感でめちゃ美味しかったよ
しめ鯖は絶妙な締め具合で臭みもなく美味しかったよ。
海老はぷりぷりで美味しかったよ。
ヒラメの昆布〆は身が締まっていてあっさりしていてめちゃ美味しかったよ
スズキは口の中で脂がトロける食感でめちゃ美味しかったよ
メバルは身がめちゃ締まっていてコリコリした食感で歯応えも良くめちゃ美味しかったよ
帆立もぷりぷりした食感で帆立の甘みもあってめちゃ美味しかったよ
穴子もふっくらしていて柔らかく美味しかったよ
海峡サーモンは脂が口の中で広がる感じで甘味もあってめちゃ美味しかったよ
今回はオープン直後に行きましたが店内はほぼ満席でした。
この内容で茶碗蒸しが付いて1200円はリーズナブルで良いと思います。
1800円のセットには無塩水雲丹も付いてるのでまた再訪したいと思います
