会社近くにニューオープンされて気になっていた銀座木挽町あおもり寿司さんに
同僚とランチで行ってきました。
11時30分ごろ入店。
すでにカウンターには先客がいっぱい。
ちょうど中央に2席空いていてラッキーでした。
席に座ってメニューを見ます。
ランチにぎり1200円
ランチ上にぎり1800円と魅力的なメニューを見ながらも
ちらし寿司も漬け丼も大好きなわけで・・・
迷った末に店名がついていたこちらの
あおもり海鮮丼1500円をチョイス。
同僚はランチ上にぎりを選んで注文しました。
カウンターから見える寿司職人さんの華麗なるネタ捌きなどを見ながら
「おおっっ」とおもわず声が出てしまうほどのすごいマグロのさくを丁寧に捌かれているをみながら順番に出来上がっていくのを待ちます。
なんだかんだで私たちの分は30分後ぐらいに提供されましたが、
その味に驚きと感動の嵐。
待ち時間なんて吹っ飛ぶうまさと、満足度。
そい、ひらすずき、ほっけ、わらさなどの白身魚と、見た瞬間美味いと感じるほどの立派なまぐろ、これが贅沢にのった海鮮丼はたまりません。
これにあら汁と、茶碗蒸しがついて、茶碗蒸しにはしっかりと銀杏入ってました！
このランチ寿司は神ってます。
夜も再度きてみたいと思います。
