銀座和牛ラボさんでA5仙台牛のすき焼きセット♪♪
ホテルミュッセ銀座名鉄2階、
以前ランチでお邪魔した「朝食ラボ」さん、早朝からお昼すぎまでの営業だったのを「和牛ラボ」として夜営業も始められました。
メニューはすき焼き
ササニシキなどの麦わらを食べて育った仙台牛さんの美しいお肉はサーロイン(3740円)と特上リブロース(4540円)があり、両方をお願いして友人とシェア。
特製の割下は当店の割下は、吟醸醤油、牡蠣醤油、たまり醤油、濃口 醤油と4種類のお醤油と、日本酒、紹興酒をブレンドされたもの。甘すぎず良質のお肉に程よく馴染じむ♪♪
合わせる生玉子は乳酸菌などの飼料で育てられたこだわりの龍のたまご。黄みの強い弾力のある黄身がぷりっ、を通り越してもりっ！としていて栄養価高いよっ、とこちらを見ているようでした（笑）
セットのザクは葱、春菊、お豆腐、白滝。お野菜しっかりしていてよかったです。ご飯もついているので途中で頂きましたが、〆のミニ和牛カレーと〆のおうどん(龍のたまご付き)を勧められまして、、、
十分足りて入るのですがそんな魅力的なモノお願いしないわけにはいかないよね、と両方をオーダーしてこれまたシェア✨
和牛カレーは仙台牛と他部位を合わせられ、スパイスもしっかりと効いていてクセになる！
これ、ランチとかで出してくれたら嬉しいなー♥
おうどんは牛さんの旨味たっぷりのお鍋にいれ、しみしみと！間違いのないヤツです♪♪
が、1人で参戦される方にはカレー好きの私はカレーオススメしちゃいます☺
合わせたお酒は東北の卸から仕入れるという常時5〜10種類ほど用意のあるという日本酒から田酒を
