銀座和牛ラボにてディナー。
スターターは
コムタンスープ、吟醸醤油と小鉢は冷奴
仙台牛しぐれ煮の3点盛り。
小ぶりで色々食べられて良いね。
和牛のすき焼きは、サーロインだけでなく、リブロースもあります。
割り下も付いていますが、濃くなったら昆布だしを添えられていて、お湯のところもあるのに…大感激。
締めにはうどんかミニ和牛カレーが選べます。
牛肉の複数部位が楽しめるスパイシーカレー、
少し辛めですが、コクがあって美味しい！
うどんはこれまで食べた和牛のダシが出ている割下を吸わせて、楽しむおうどん。
最高かよ…。
店内は樹木を沢山使っているインテリア。
照明、テーブル、椅子にいたるまで。
旅の疲れを癒し、活力を与えてくれそうです。
