国際ビルにはお気に入りの店、トプカプがあるから何回も来ているけど、帝劇ビルは初めて来たかも。つながっているんですね。
11時10分に到着、9人目。一巡目で入れました。
そぼろ重1300円、ご飯少なめ
ささみとももが乗っているそうで、変更可能なので
ももをねぎ巻きに変更しました。
まずお茶とお新香、次にスープ
鶏のスープって一歩間違えると鶏くささが気になりますが、とても美味しい。塩分で誤魔化してません。
さて、お重到着。
ちゃんとご飯少なめです。隣の方のお重をちらりと見たらみっちり上まで、私のは高さが半分くらい。ありがたい。
ささみにはワサビ、お肉はしっとり〜
ねぎ巻きはねぎを２本を巻いてる。説明が難しいので、写真からご理解ください。
まずは何もかけずに。これも美味しい。続いて山椒をかけて。合う〜❤️ちなみに山椒は瓢箪に入ってます。
そぼろの味もちょうどいい。紅生姜みじん切りがいい仕事してる。これはおうちでもマネできます。
お新香は野沢菜ときゅうり、さっぱりしますね。
外に出ると行列が。でも割と回転がよいと感じました。
ランチでこのレベルの高さ、夜にも試したい❗️
大満足のランチとなりました❤️
