11:30頃訪問したらすでに行列。当初は7-8人でしたが、私が入る頃の 12:00過ぎは15人ほどでした。
上カツ丼¥1400と迷いましたが、順番に高級化しようと思い、カツ丼にしました。しかし今時で¥1000は安い！
カツは歯応えが絶妙にあり、肉の脂の甘みも感じられます。肉だけ食べると肉の味が楽しめますし、衣と一緒だと味付けが楽しめます。
玉ねぎがガッツリご飯の上にしいてあったり、出しがご飯に染み込みまくってはいないので、比較的、カツとご飯を楽しむ感じです。シンプルな美味しさです。
次は上カツ丼にしてみようと思います。こちらはサラダもつくようなので、実はカツ丼自体の値段はそんなに上がらないのかもも思いました。
