特上ロースが売り切れで、通常のロースを注文。
脂もしっかり乗っていて肉質もぎゅっとしているが、ちょっと脂が持たれる感じがしたのと、この大きさだとちょっと割高かなと思った。
（350円しか違わないので特上ロースだと良いのかも…）
岩塩があると良かった。
