少し優雅な休日を。
日比谷ミッドタウンで映画を観た後、バーに寄りたくなる。
銀座が近いから探していたが、なかなか日曜日という事でやっているお店も少ない店で、、、
ミッドタウン近くのバー。
まさかの帝国ホテルの中！
由緒正しいお店がある、
曜日問わずオープンしているのはホテルという立地だからだろう。
帝国ホテルの本館の中2階。
店内に入るとシックな照明ながら、広々とした店内は賑わいを見せる。
カウンターへ通されると1人ずつのスポットライト。
チョコレートや柿の種が出される。なくなると入れて頂ける。
一応メニューを頂く。
まずは、こちらのオリジナルカクテルを。
和ツムギ 3,050円
六ジンを使用したショートカクテル。
雰囲気はギムレットのよう。
しっかりとシェイクして、氷の粒が心地よい。
爽やかな柑橘の風味が喉を潤す。
もう一杯はマティーニ 2,950円
基本はボンベイサファイアではあるが、好きなジンから選ぶ事が出来る。
京都の季の美を選択。
世界へ誇るホテルのバーというとこで日本の素材で。
マティーニは結構飲むが、バランスが良く、完成された一杯。
技術の結晶ということか。
美味い！
ウイスキーも豊富でそのまま注文される方も多いが、大人たちが各々の時間、会話を楽しむ。
名店らしい振る舞いを感じつつ、一つ大人になれた気がした。
