　久しぶりにカルボナーラが食べたくなり、日比谷のトラットリアチャオさんへ行きました。平日の昼過ぎに行くと、店内はとても混雑していました。ランチメニューがあり、パスタにサラダバーとドリンクバーがあります。カルボナーラを注文しました。
　パスタが運ばれるまでは、サラダとドリンクをいただきます。サラダは、レタスやミニトマト、カボチャサラダなど10種類ほどの野菜を食べられます。ドリンクは、コーヒーや紅茶、ジュースなどです。
　注文して７分ほどでカルボナーラが運ばれてきました。ベーコンが入ったオーソドックスなカルボナーラです。濃厚なクリームが細めのパスタに良く合います。クリームの味が濃いめなので、卓上にあるブラックペッパーがとても良く合います。ブラックペッパーの香りや辛味がカルボナーラの味を引き締めてくれます。パスタもアルデンテに茹でられていて、歯切れが良いです。ベーコンの塩味も美味しさを引き立てていました。
　銀座の中ではコスパが良いランチセットだったので、今度はピザをいただきたいです。
