日比谷・帝国ホテルの中2階にある高級フレンチレストラン「Les Saisons (レ セゾン)」にて、妻とランチを頂きました。レストランはその内装やスタッフの洗練された服装や振舞いから高級感が溢れていました。
我々が事前にWeb予約したコースは「前菜・魚・肉・デザートの4PLATS ランチコース@13,000円(税サ込)」です。
頂いた料理は以下です。
・蟹とクリームのアミューズ
・鱒とホワイトアスパラガス、柚子香ムース和え
・桜の葉を羽織った鰆のグリル
・子羊の骨付きロースト、蛤と海藻のサラダ仕立て
・デザート ババ with ラム酒
・コーヒー with 多数のお菓子
全ての料理が美味しくて、プレゼンテーションが素晴らしかったです。
また全料理に春が表現されていました。桜餅のように、鰆に桜の葉が巻き付けられていた一品はユニークでした。
ワインは2人でシャンパン3グラス、白ワイン1グラス頂きました。およそ3,300円〜4,000円/グラスでした。
キリリとしたブラン・ド・ブランのBillecartと、ピーチやハチミツのフレイバーのあるブルゴーニュのサヴィニー・レ・ボーヌの白ワインは特に美味しかったです。
子羊がそれほど重く無かったので、重めの白ワインでも合いました。
サービスは洗練されていました。皆さん良い距離感で接して頂きました。チームで我々のテーブルをケアしてくれた感じがして嬉しかったです。
またパンやバターが無くなりかけると、すぐにおかわりが必要か聞いてくれました。パンが美味しかったので4つほど食してしまいました。
その他にもガス入りのお水を頂き、2人で合計約42K円(税サ込)でした。
とても贅沢なひとときを過ごすことができました。
