いわゆるお盆時期に帝国ホテルの嘉門でランチ。
ジョエア ノンアルスパークリングで乾杯。
すっきり美味しい。
焼く前のお肉。
これで4人分
スープは冷製トウモロコシのポタージュ。
ちょこんとミニミニクロワッサンが添えられています。
サラダ
緑色はポーチドエッグにアボカドとアンチョビソース。
担当して下さったシェフはベテランそうに見えて、そうでもなかったのかしら。
盛り付け見てると、危なっかしい感じでした。
そしてなんか、雑・・・。、
プラス料金だけどお願いしたガーリックライス。
プラス500円位かなと思っていたら1,700円位取られていたらしい
これにはみんなびっくり。
というか鉄板焼きでガーリックライスがプラス料金なこと自体が納得いかない・・・。
デザート
マンゴーとパイナップルのサンデー。
さっぱりと美味しい
食後のドリンク
コーヒーか紅茶だけでなくカフェラテやカプチーノも選べました。
カプチーノにしました〜。
今回、帝国ホテル内のレストランでランチどこがいい？と事前に希望を聞かれていて。
本当はフレンチのレ・セゾンが良かったのだけど、なんと満席で
びっくりしたのでした。
