名門嘉門の鉄板焼きは、個室で我々のためだけに焼いてくれるという素晴らしい待遇でおもてなししてくれました。
ちなみに、帝国ホテル会員なので様々な特典があります。
この日は、150グラムのお肉でしたが、前菜から始まり、スープ、サラダと丁寧な仕事のお料理の数々で、本当に美味しかった。
特にコーンスープは、丁寧に濾してあって舌触りも超滑らか。
シェルに、これ漉すの大変だったでしょというと、
わかります？
新鮮なとうもろこしの甘さを出すのに、しっかり濾してますと。
いい仕事してますね。
そして、メインのお肉。
目の前で素晴らしい手捌きで焼いてくれました。
もちろん激ウマです。
合わせた、ナパのカベルネも美味しかった。
そして、デザートは桃を使ったものだったので、
いちごに変えてくれました。
桃食べると痒くなってしまうんです。
また行きたいお店でした。
