本日は1974年創業の老舗ラーメン店にランチお伺い。場所は飲食店がずらりと並ぶ有楽町高架沿い、「TS日比谷ビル」の地下1階。看板の古典札幌柳麺の表記でもわかるように、札幌のラーメン店「札幌芳蘭」の姉妹店だそう。
綺麗ではありませんが歴史を感じる店内は弧を描くカウンター席とテーブル席で想像するより広々。壁面いっぱいの著名人のサインが圧巻。個人的には栗原小巻さんのサインにぐっと来ます。ちなみに店内喫煙可能です。
懐かしさを感じるメニュー表には定番のラーメンが並びます。しゅうまい定食も気になりますが、ラーメンをいただきました。
・みそらーめん ¥1,200 (ランチタイムはラーメン100円引き)
写真からはわかりにくいですが、丼はかなり大きめ、チャーシュー、キクラゲ、うずら卵、メンマ、たっぷりのネギなど。スープは豚骨と鶏ガラベースの懐かしさを感じる辛口味噌味、スープが絡む食感強めの中太縮れ麺も良い感じです。
別の日に・特製カラーライス ¥1,150 もいただきました。
店員さんがレンジでチンして出来上がったカレーライスは豚角煮入りで、他の具は溶けておりありません。温玉、ラーメンスープ、らっきょう、福神漬け付き。カレーは辛くはありませんが、ほどよくスパイシーな定番のお味、沢山のらっきょう、温玉がもれなく付いてくるのが嬉しいです。大変美味しくいただきました。
またシューマイ定食もいただきにお伺いしたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした！
