有楽町駅直結の好立地“東京国際フォーラム”のＧ棟7階に立地する『東天紅』で懇親会。国際フォーラムについてあまり詳しく知らないが、大きなイベントなど開催されることも多く飲食店もたくさん入っている。
Ｇ棟のエレベーターで7階に上がる。吹き抜けの空間から下界で蠢く人の流れを見下ろす。上から見るだけで人はなぜか上から目線になってしまう。勘違いも甚だしい自分の感覚にあきれる笑笑
お店に到着して個室に入る。まだ会合の集合時間には早いのであまりメンバーは揃っていない。テーブルに置いてある献立を見て本日の料理を想像する。
記載されているコースの料理は以下の通り。

■海老と鶏むね肉、春野菜の桜海老XO醤炒め
■特製豚肉の黒酢ソース
■白身魚と春野菜の干し貝柱あんかけ

これに飲み放題を付けたコースを幹事の人が予約したようだ。お店の名物の北京ダックとかないな、とちょっとがっかりするが、まあ、安い方が良いかと思い直す。
定刻になり宴が始まる。瓶ビールで乾杯した後は紹興酒を飲む。うん、5年物の紹興酒だが結構イケる。たまに砂糖が原材料に入って甘くてベタベタした紹興酒があるが、これはスッキリして飲みやすい。グイグイ進む。
料理も悪くない。よく考えたら北京ダックは見た目で心が動かされるが、食べてみるといつも感動するほどのものではないなと思っていた。いや、負け惜しみみたいになってしまってみっともない。
飲んで食べて会話も弾む。
予定していた時間を楽しく過ごして盛り上がった宴会は終了。
