今回、ランチタイムに利用しました。
何にしようか迷いましたが、今回、酸辣刀削麺(大盛)を注文しました。
店内、ほぼ満席でした。
注文内容
酸辣刀削麺(大盛) 980円
酸辣刀削麺(大盛)は、辛味と酸味が前面に出たスープの刀削麺です。今回、パクチー抜きで注文しました。
麺は、食感が面白い形や厚みがバラバラの刀削麺です。
具材は、挽肉、茹でキャベツ、揚げ刀削麺でした。
辛味と酸味以外に、もう少し味に深みがあればよいかもしれません。
スタッフさんは、ほぼ全員外国人のスタッフさんでした。愛想や笑顔は無いものの、淡々とした丁寧な接客対応です。
