この日はカミさんと都内にお出掛け。
銀座に用事もあったので、日比谷シャンテB2Fにあるひつじやさんへ。
コロナ前のGO To Eatのクーポン券も使えるので利用。
注文したものは以下のもの。
・ケイジャンチキンセット
・ラムシャンク
休日なので、昼からビール。
・サタンレッド
・アルマザ
この後も食べる予定がえるので、セットメニューと単品でラムシャンクを注文。
まずはビール。
◆ サタンレッド
ベルギービールのサタンレッド。
アルコール度数高めの8%で甘みがあり、温度変化にも強い味わい。
◆ アルマザ
アルマザはレバノン産。
度数は4%とこちらは軽くて、食前にいい感じ。
そこから15分ほどで出来上がり。
「ラムシャンクは時間がかかる」と言われていたので、問題なし。
ケイジャンチキンセットだけならすぐ出るみたいだったが、キチンとラムシャンクに合わせて、同時に到着。
こう言うの大事。
■ ケイジャンチキンセット
ケイジャンチキンセットはカレー2種類にケイジャンチキンに目玉焼きが乗っていて、サラダ、ナン、ライス。
カレーは優しめのベジとチキンカレー。
ケイジャンチキンがかなり大きく、普通の店のチキングリルぐらいある。
■ ラムシャンク
ラムシャンクはというと、予想外にもこちらもセットで登場。
メニューには単品の画像だったけど、まさかのランチセット！
これは嬉しい誤算。
しかもナンはおかわり出来て、ライスはジャスミンライス。
これはすごいコスパ！
スパイスではなく、トマトソースにラムのすね肉。
身離れも良く、とっても美味しい。
食後にチャイも付いていて、言う事ナシ！
タンドールと言いつつもひつじやさんなのはこう言う羊料理があるからだと思う。
無国籍なひつじ料理を堪能した。
