銀座一丁目の路地裏にある天ぷら屋さん。
プティオザミを曲がったところにある。
11時32分に入店。先客は4名。
カウンター7席に、2名掛けのテーブル席が2つ。
飾りっ気のないところが好き。
ランチメニューは、シンプルだ。天丼や天ぷら定食に刺身定食など数種類だ。
なお、天丼（1,200円）と上天丼（1,500円）の違いは、海老が一本多いのとピーマンが入っているかどうかだ。
11時33分に上天丼（1,500円）を注文。
逆のほとんどが常連ぽい。大将と仲良さげに話している。なお、大将と若い女性が調理場で女性1人がホールという感じ。
11時41分に着丼。穴子のインパクトが凄い。丼からはみ出ている。
まずその穴子から食す。揚げたてなのでサクサクだ。ここの天丼のタレが薄めなところがくどくなくて良い。
次に海老。決して大ぶりではないが、本来の海老の甘さが伝わってくる。
そして、海苔。これが美味いのよ。海苔の上にも他の具が乗っているので、さすがにパリパリ感はないが、美味しい海苔が使われているのがわかる。
次にピーマンと大葉。水々しい野菜である。
おっと、まだキスがあった。大好きなんだよね。身がふっくらしていて、ご飯が進む。
そして最後にさつまいも。これは2度揚げか？ほっくりしている。
味噌汁も品良く、漬け物も主張しすぎず、メインの天丼をうまく引き立てている。
よくあるタレ濃いめではない上品な天丼を食べるなら同店をおすすめする。
店の外にはフグが干されていた。美味しそう。
